A distance crystal healing session starts with a pre-healing consultation so that we can discuss your specific needs and goals as well as the preferred method of the session (over the phone, video call, etc). During a distance healing session, a proxy is used to represent you, the client. During this session, you can sit comfortably or lay down in the comfort of your own home while the session is being preformed virtually.
